“Stonechat” and “Cuckoo’s Nest” are two rurally located self-catering cottages set on the world-famous Causeway Coastal Route. The Giant’s Causeway and Carrick-a-rede Rope Bridge are only a few miles away, and in the other direction lie the breathtaking Glens of Antrim.
The cottages are set in acres of countryside and private lanes. Facilities include a fishing lake, wheelchair/bike accessible off-road trail, traditional stonewalls, 19th century famine graveyard, childrens outdoor playset, private car parking… and a pet goat and four donkeys! The cottages are named after the wildlife one can expect to find upon an exploration of the grounds here.
We were recommended by The Sunday Times travel writers in 2013.
Both cottages are family and pet friendly, and suitable for elderly/those with mobility difficulties.
